    Gray hairs have disappeared.

    I have been using it for over a month on my recessed hairline. I notice fuzz hair growing, but still to early to make a difference. I am told it takes over a year to work. But I have experienced a great side effect. Almost all my greys on my hair line have recovered colored. Now my gray hsirs are blonde or light brown, my original hair color. I don’t need to dye my hair now.

    Works Well, Glad I Found It

    Quick results if used properly. Itchy scalp on occasion, but I think this means the new hairs are growing in – make an analogy to how your legs feel if you haven’t shaved for a while. Worth this slight occasional discomfort, though.

    I got this primarily to use on my eyebrows. I have naturally thin, sparse and uneven eyebrows so I wasn’t getting my hopes up that they would fill in. Using a dedicated mascara brush and tube, I carefully applied morning and evening. The growth was quickly noticed!

    I’ve been using this product CONSISTENTLY twice a day for almost 3 months and have had amazing results! I suffer from alopecia so I was losing hair rather quickly. I turned to this as a solution and I’m so thankful I did! This stuff really works BUT you have to be consistent and patient. When I first started using it I experienced more hair loss as the details of the product explain, this is normal. But after about to weeks of loss it started WORKING! I plan to use it forever because if you stop you’ll lose the hair you grew with the product. The only thing that I have a problem with is how oily it makes your hair where you apply it. But other than that it’s amazing! Hope any body reading this finds the solution to their problem and gets amazing results as well if they decide to try this!

    This really worked for me. I wasn’t a believer before I tried it, but my hair had gotten extremely thin since menopause and I was desperate to find a solution. I was actually surprised to find how effective it is. I have heard that the downside is that if you stop using it, the regrowth stops. Doesn’t matter. I have to brush my teeth daily or they rot. So…what’s the difference. It only takes me about 30 seconds to apply the minoxidil 2 times a day. That’s only about 60 seconds a day. It takes much longer to brush my teeth. The point is…it works for me. Hope it works for you too.

    Just As Good As 5.0% Rogaine For Women

    My wife seems to think that she is losing some of her hair as she grows a bit older. That is news to me since she has such a full head of hair that I haven’t noticed any loss. That of course is a double-edged sword; my thoughts that she still looks good versus her view that I am not paying enough attention to how she looks. Oh well, I think that I lost that battle a long time ago.All I can truthfully say, and she will back me up on this, is that her concern about thinning hair has disappeared and it doesn’t matter whether she uses regular Rogaine or this Basic Care 5% Minoxidil. That makes sense to me since they both have the same active ingredient. Might as well save a few dollars for the same treatment.

    IT WORKS!! It takes commitment but it does work. It’s a slow process but the hair has started growing back. Easy to administer with the dropper. The price is awesome compared to the name brand. Be careful to let it dry before you go to bed or it will get on your pillow. You will have fuzz growing on your face. If it runs onto your face be sure to wash with soap and water. It worked so well I now subscribe so I never run out.

    Good foam that doesnt dry out and make the hair sticky

    This is very similar to Rogane formula, I love the fact « Basic Care » brand is available directly from Amazon itself. Lot of the 3rd party kirkland products are fake and they never work, most of them are just shaving cream. Be careful when buying cheap minoxidil from ebay and 3rd party, most of them are useless and a big waste of time.

    LADIES. It does work— and you do not have to buy the brand name version, so save your money.I had started losing my hair last year due to severe stress, but I hadn’t realized how bad it had gotten until I saw a picture of myself (posted, the “before” shot) and was SHOCKED. My hair would come out in clumps in the shower and in my hair brush, and my raggedy head looked a whole mess, especially at my temples, top and crown of my head. It didn’t seem to be growing back at all, and It made me feel so self-conscious and even more stressed. I researched what my options were and figured I would give Monoxidil a try.Here’s what I did: I started using this in early June of this year. I used it every day on my temples, top and crown of my head for the first two months, then used it every other day after that. After the first month of use, my hair stopped coming out in clumps and there was barely any shedding. I started seeing actual hair growth during the second month of use, and by month four, the results were really noticeable.The attached before and after photos are from June 2020 and November 2020, so about five months of use. LOOK AT THE RESULTS. I can put my hair up in a ponytail again, and I no longer look like a middle-aged man with a bald spot from behind. Success!The only caveat is that you have to keep using it to see results. If you stop using it, your hair may start falling out again. As of now, I use it about 3-4 times a week and my results have stayed. Try it— I hope it works for you, too!

    Pretty happy

    I lost hair at my front hairline after a surgery. It has made me self conscious. I’ve been using this for 2 months and I’m happy with the results. I would say that I put it on 90% of the time I should be. The growth is noticeable. I will be reordering and continuing to use.

    Basic Care Minoxidil Topical Aerosol, 5% Foam, Hair Regrowth Treatment, Women,I have used Rogaine for several months prior to starting this one so I already have experience in the use of this product. I had results within 2 months of using the brand name and so far I am maintaining those results and adding a bit more regrowth with continued use of this one.The foam is much easier to apply than the liquid method and even though this is unscented, I can still smell a medicinal scent but that goes away quickly. It doesn’t burn or cause any irritation and I haven’t had any issues using this. It can take up to 4 months to show any improvement so you have to be patient.

    Causes immediate hair loss! Read the product description

    It says this right there on the Amazon product page: « What to expect:– When you first begin to use a Rogaine hair loss treatment, your hair loss may continue for up to 2 weeks. This is normal and only temporary, as thinner hairs are shed so thicker hairs can grow in their place.–It takes time to regrow hair. You may need to use this product 2 times per day for at least 4 months before you see results. »What’s worse, according to a government clinical trial report: « the efficacy in the overall population remains relatively low i.e., 30-40% re-grow hair. »Oh how I wish I had read that before I started using this product. I had significant hair loss for the entire first month that I used the product. Like, clogging the shower drain hair loss. I shrugged it off initially because I thought that normal hair loss was just sticking to the gunk on my scalp and only sliding off when I shampooed; I was wrong.This stuff is really messy, especially if you have longer hair (chin length or longer). It will get all over your pillow case, too, which is just not a good thing. After faithfully dabbing on the product twice a day for about 6 weeks, I gave up. My hair loss was continuing, it’s going to take forever to see any result, and the chance of ever getting any hair regrowth is less than 50-50.

    Worked for my unusual situation – couldn’t be happier with the product.

    I had an unusual situation, as my hairline was receding at the temples, not thinning on top as is the case with most women. It is hereditary in my family, but I had read that women’s minoxidil was only effective on top. I also had radiation treatment for a brain tumor (successfully) on the right top side of my head and my hair had grown back very thin and sparse where the tumor had been. I recently saw an article that minoxidil could be helpful for that so I decided to try it. I started using it daily in both places, and after a month or so saw real results. The corners of my hairline have thickened up beautifully and while the improvement in the radiated area isn’t quite as dramatic, it is very significant and getting better every day. I’ve even started dabbing it on patchy spots in my eyebrows and they are filling in nicely. It’s a relatively small investment of time and money, and I could not be happier with the results.

    After 4 months, my hair has stopped falling out

    After continuous, twice daily use, my hair has literally stopped falling out. I was sure it wouldn’t work, but it has! I’m not sure if I have much new growth yet, but just stopping the falling out has given me huge piece of mind! I really recommend trying this product. You have to be patient, 4-6 months is a long time, and you have to use it consistently, but it really seems to be working!

    Three small plastic containers, more than you get with the more expensive brand! Beast of all, it works! I’ve been using some form of this item for a while. I apply it nightly with 2 cotton swabs. Thing is, a person needs to use it steady for a long time to see results. Stick with it!
