I’ve been using this foam and alternating with Kirkland liquid minoxidil for almost 5 months. After an initial significant and scary shedding phase for the first 3 weeks, the shedding stopped and I’m so happy I stuck with it. Not only is it helping with new hair growth, but it also curtails hair shedding as I suffer from Telogen Effluvium. I’m a woman and unfortunately have the side effect of excess hair in unwanted places. I don’t mind the extra waxing and shaving which I do myself. I treat it like a Spa day. As an FYI…I also take Finasteride 5mg and Biotin 10K mcg every day. Even if I don’t grow more hair I’ll continue using it to maintain the hair I have. I have a large scar on my scalp from brain surgery and I’ve had no issues with any type of irritation on my scalp. I’ll happily be committed to this for the rest of my life!

August 20th 2020 to November 26th 2020I was super skeptical about this but I thought what the heck I can try it. I used this along with a shy blocker (biotin, and a hair thinning shampoo and conditioner) results speak for themselves. Using religiously as directed. Hair feels thicker and has really boosted my confidence when styling my hair. May try it on my beard next!

At first, say 4-5 years ago, they were shorting contents by almost 2.5%. But it’s now full 5% as advertised, the foam is a quality delivery system, and they last just as long as the brand name for about 1/2 the price. I’d HIGHLY recommend this

I’ve been using this product for years, it works just like Rogaine brand but it’s way cheaper. I’ve managed to reverse the hair loss on the crown of my head and drastically slow the loss in front. They say it isn’t for frontal hair loss, but it does work, the only issue is that the hair it regrows can be very fine to essentially peach fuzz. Still, it helps fill in the hairline and make thinning less noticeable.

First of all, I read about Rogaine, but it was the same price for an only 3 months supply, that’s why I went with this product…Now with the beard stuff!I had a really thin circular beard (if you an call that a beard) and I really wanted a beard, I started using this product and in a month I really didn’t noticed any good change. It was until maybe month and a half my gf told me that alot more hair was starting to grow. Almost 2 months since using the product AND NOW I can notice a significant change… I’m starting to get the « shape » of a full beard, the previous beard it’s starting to grow fuller and darker! I must had that I forgot to use the product maybe +5 days (within that month and a half), so maybe that caused the slow results… Anyways, everybody is different and may vary on each body.*PRODUCT/APPLICATION REVIEW*-The bottle says « 1 month supply », after using the necessary amount to cover my face, the bottle lasted more than a month to me… maybe month and a half.-The product smells kinda like pure alcohol (and hurts like shit if you’ve shaved before applying it lol) and it kinda dries your skin a bit, I would recommend to apply some body cream and let it dry before applying.-I went out to the sun and I had no problem, no stains, no rash, all good.-I used the product twice a day, morning and before bed. Up to you, guys.I think that’s all. Good luck growing that beard!

Much easier to apply than the normal liquid. Using this on my face to try to fill in my face hair. It has the same alcohol like burn, but can be applied with your fingers, as before I was using cotton balls.I’ve heard some folks are more sensitive to the foam, so I would buy as little as possible, and test first.Too early to know if it’s working well or not.

Tried five other brands, and this one is by far the best bargain for the money. I could never use the liquids, because they contain PBs that seriously irritate the scalp. Only the foam doesn’t contain this awful ingredient. This one works just as well as the original brand, believe me:)

Long story short, you really got nothing to loose! When my hair started thinning I just took action and gave it a shot! Not everyone gets the same results with the same products but you really have nothing to loose! For me, its been astonishing as I began to see the results and im on my last bottle which is a 3 month treatment. By the way, be patient my friends!

I’ve used minoxidil for many years, but this was my first experience with the foam. I disliked the liquid so much that I seriously considered quitting minoxidil altogether. The liquid is oily, sticky, heavy and discolors my hair where it’s applied. Although the instructions usually say to leave it on all day, it was so bad that I’d only wear it before taking a morning shower. In the evening, I’d reapply it before bedtime, and if I went to bed without giving it a couple of hours of drying time first, then it would end up on my pillow cases. I had the same experience using many different brands and I hated it, but it did work.This foam is much lighter and dries almost immediately. Not surprisingly, it’s still a little oily, but nowhere as bad as the liquid, and I haven’t noticed any discoloration. All this has me a little concerned that it doesn’t work as well, and since I’ve only used it for a month now, I’m still not quite sure, but so far it seems to be working fine. It’s worth noting that it is not a mousse and has no styling ability to hold your hair in place, but it would probably work better then the liquid with a mousse, since it’s lighter and dries so much faster.So far, I haven’t had any problems with the bottles dispensing the product or not having enough in them. The cap has an annoying child-proof mechanism on it, so I just leave it off. The instructions give the original advice on applying it to the crown only, but I’ve always thought minoxidil works better by covering the entire balding area. This requires more product with the liquid and the foam.I won’t be fully satisfied until I’m confident it’s working as well as the liquid, but so far I’m liking it much better. Mostly that’s because it’s easier to use and not nearly as nasty as the liquid. My reason for waiting so long to try the foam is because I couldn’t justify the price difference, and while I only paid a little more for this product, I see it’s already gone up considerably, so this could be my first and last experience with it.
